Shipping + Return policy- ALL shipping takes 7-14 business days because of the global pandemic. Once your order is placed a Confirmation email will be sent. 

A separate email will be sent with tracking information once the items are shipped. 

Returns- Due to the on going covid 19 spread , NO ITEMS CAN BE RETURNED. You will receive a store credit of the amount of the damaged item. 

 

Policies- 

Hi love , thank you for choosing Kay beautyy for your luxury beauty needs. PLEASE READ ALL OF THE FOLLOWING. My policies are put into place to make your experience as pleasant as possible.

-There is a $20.00 NON-REFUNDABLE fee when booking. 

- If you have need to reschedule your appointment, please check the availability FIRST and then contact me with the date and time. MUST be a 24 hour notice.

- After 20 minutes late your appointment is canceled. DEPOSIT FEE IS NON REFUNDABLE!

-I have a 15 minute late fee. If you are 15 minutes late there is a late fee of $10.00. This is only put into place because all beautyy appointment slots are time sensitive and should be treated as such 🖤

-Please come with CLEAN LASHES , free from oil , mascara , glue etc. 

- Avoid caffeine or coffee before appointment. 

-PLEASE DO NOT BRING ANY EXTRA GUEST TO YOUR APPOINTMENT. 

-YOU MUST WEAR MASK THE ENTIRE TIME OF SERVICE. 

-If you have a fever, cough, sore throat or has been in contact with someone who has Covid , YOU MUST RESCHEDULE 10 days out.

-YOUR REMAINING BALANCE IS ALWAYS DUE IN CASH ONLY. 

 

After care instructions-

After getting your lashes done , please AVIOD - Hot steam , wetting your lashes, hot baths , hot showers. 

-There is a 48 hour drying time with the adhesive that I use. It takes 48 hours for this adhesive to be fully cured/dry. 

-Wash your lashes at least 2 times a week. 

If you have oily skin 4 times a week. 

If you wear makeup every day , WASH YOUR LASHES EVERYDAY.

-Use lash shampoo to wash your lashes , use a fan to dry once lashes are rinsed with distilled water. You can purchase Kay beautyy “Keep it Klean” lash shampoo or Amazon brands. 

-Brush your lashes every morning when you wake up and every night before you go to sleep. This will keep them fluffy.
